(Yicai Global) March 19 -- Flight MU7041, China Eastern Airlines' second chartered aircraft to send a team of coronavirus experts overseas, left Shanghai Pudong International Airport for Milan yesterday with 13 Chinese medical staff and 17.3 tons of resources on board to help the Italian city battle Covid-19.
Twelve of the 13 are medical experts sent by Zhejiang province and the final one is a worker from China's National Health Commission. The goods on board include medical supplies that Italy now requires, including respirators, monitors, portable color Doppler ultrasounds, testing reagents, protective goods, common medicines, twin-channel infusion pumps and other resources used in intensive care units.
Chine Eastern's first chartered flight to help Italy was on March 12, when it sent a team of nine government experts aboard flight MU787.
