(Yicai Global) Jan. 19 -- The net profits of Chinese central enterprises were CNY176 billion (USD27.11 billion) in December in their highest-ever level for the month. CCEs’ monthly net profits maintained double-digit growth for the six straight months of the second half, the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission said at a press conference today.
The SASAC provided no comparable data on December’s net profit.
The revenue of CCEs was CNY30.3 trillion last year in an annual 2.2 percent drop, while net profits were CNY1.4 trillion, a yearly 2.1 percent rise. Nearly 80 percent of central enterprises' net profits grew on a per-year basis.
