(Yicai Global) May 29 -- Nanjing Aolian AE&EA and South Korean automotive sensor maker Truwin have signed a letter of intent to set up a manufacturing base in China.

The pair will share technology and resources to expand the market for automotive sensors in China before expanding to other countries, Aolian said in a statement yesterday without disclosing further details.

The partnership will have a positive on Aolian's future financial status and operating performance, it added.
