Honda Motor will close a factory operated through its JV in China's Guangzhou in October, and halt vehicle production at another plant in China's Wuhan in November, to cut its annual production capacity of gasoline vehicles in the country by 33% to 1 million units, amid the rapid NEV development in the Chinese market, the Japanese auto giant said today.
